Apple Berry Crumble
Preheat the oven to 190 °C. Core the apples, cut them into 2 cm cubes, mix with the berries, one-third of the sugar, and cinnamon, and place in a baking dish. For the crumble, mix the rolled oats, flour, and remaining sugar, add the cold butter in cubes, and rub with your fingers until you have large, moist crumbs. Scatter the crumble evenly over the fruit without pressing it down. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the top is browned and the fruit juices are bubbling around the edges. Let stand for 10 minutes and serve warm — on its own or with a spoonful of yogurt.

Deviled eggs with mustard and dill
Place the eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil; cook for 10 minutes over moderate heat. Transfer the eggs to cold water for 5 minutes, then peel. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks into a bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork, add mayonnaise, mustard, and finely chopped dill, season with salt, and stir until smooth. Fill the egg white halves with the filling using a spoon or piping bag, sprinkle with paprika, and serve chilled.

Tuna and Egg Sandwich
Boil the egg for 9 minutes after the water comes to a boil, cool and finely chop. Drain the tuna and mash it with a fork. Mix the tuna with the egg, yogurt and mustard, and season with pepper. Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Place the lettuce leaves, filling and cucumber on a slice of bread, cover with the second slice and cut diagonally.
Articles about the process, not diets
Calm reads on nutrition and habits — with sources and no medical promises.

Why institutions give different vitamin D and calcium recommendations
Different figures for the same nutrient do not necessarily contradict one another: institutions use different age groups, sunlight exposure conditions, and types of reference values. Here’s how to read these recommendations without comparing them mechanically.

Strength Exercises and Balance: What to Add to Your Usual Walking
WHO recommends combining aerobic activity with strength exercises and, for people aged 65 and older, balance exercises as well. Usual walking can be part of an active week, but it is not the only form of movement.

How Guidelines Change Benchmarks for Older Adults
With age, some population benchmarks for movement, protein, calcium, iron, vitamin D, carbohydrates, and energy change. They help structure attention to nutrition and activity, but are not personal prescriptions.
FAQ
Answers before you ask
How is RESET better than MyFitnessPal or Noom?
RESET combines fast logging, ready-made creator programs, recipes with macros and a results forecast in one system — with real transformation programs a plain tracker doesn’t have. The current price is shown in the app.
Does it replace a doctor or dietitian?
No. RESET is a wellness app, not a medical device. It doesn’t diagnose or treat. For individual guidance, consult a doctor.
Can I use it without AI?
Yes. The entire core — logging, plans, progress, recommendations — runs on clear rules without AI. AI features are optional with safe fallbacks.
What about my data?
Progress, weight and nutrition are private by default. We don’t store diagnoses or medications, we follow GDPR, and payment data stays with the stores.
